Dear All, Happy 2023 !! 😊 I would like to share my experience of Self Healing practice sessions. Throughout the session, Sir spoke about why Forgiveness was so important and should be done when the mind is peaceful. Thus, I started practising forgiveness daily. Initially, it was challenging and was made possible by Meditation on Twin Hearts and Great Invocation. I regularly join meditation on Twin Hearts via Zoom at 6:30 pm. Following meditation, I spend a few minutes forgiving people, past and present situations, and embarrassing/disturbing moments that come to mind that day. Also, I played Great Invocation on Facebook. After forgiving had become a habit, I could sense calmness in my system and many incidents/grudges diminished. Migraine headache. I’ve experienced migraines since 2004. I have shooting pain radiating from my temples and extending to the sides of my head that lasts for two to three days. I have my headache cream handy and apply it all over my head. I also feel nauseous when I smell flavours like coffee, mint, or chocolate while having migraines. Many thanks, Sir, for patiently discussing the reasons for my headache and providing solutions to regulate my emotions. After engaging myself in self-healing practice sessions for a considerable time, I completely stopped using my headache balm and never touched it again. 🙂 My eyesight is also improving. After every healing session, I try to sustain the peace and energy level till the next session by practising the techniques discussed. By constantly monitoring my system, I can able to regulate my emotions. Phobia. I hear a loud noiseblasting sound whenever I am scared since I was a child. The sound was very terrifying and annoying and I could not control myself. These sounds disappeared after several psychotherapy sessions and the only way is by finding the root cause of my fear. It was possible only through Sir’s guidance that I was able to get rid of this phobia. Practising the sacrifice technique. Irritation/Anger 1. In my day-to-day activities, I started by observing my actions whenever I felt irritated. Eg: criticizing, yelling. As soon as I identify my actions, I silently accept them until my mind has calmed down without any chatter or justification. If I had ten incidents in a day, I initially failed all. Although I felt bad, accepting that I failed the situation allowed my mind to calm down. 2. I silently pray and sacrifice the Irritation/anger energy and invoke blessings and guidance/healing. Here is my surrender and willingness to learn to handle the situation in the future with confidence. 3. Forgive the person/situation and invoke forgiveness. At some point, I’ll reach a breaking point where I feel as though I can no longer manage with this weakness. Then, things will start to change and I will consciously try to overcome them. 4. Finding a way to regulate/stop this action. 5. Once I can regulate/stop the action, I find ways to express myself properly. 6. Find the cause. I’m glad and grateful to be a part of the self-healing practice sessions since the pandemic and I’ll continue to do so. Thank you, Sir, for your time and your guidance in inspiring me to understand the concepts and apply them in daily life situations and thanks to all the participants who are making this self-healing practice session possible.
