I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share a beautiful forgiveness tale of mine. Recently, I had a conflict with my flatmate. Even though we didn’t exchange harsh words verbally, I felt anger, irritation, and resentment towards her, which manifested as neck and back pain. I didn’t realize that this physical pain was due to the negative emotions and mental criticisms I was holding onto. Despite regularly cleansing my energy, the pain kept returning after a day or two. During a conversation with a dear friend and fellow pranic healer, I talked about this, and she advised me to let go of the anger and focus on forgiving my flatmate. Miraculously, my neck pain disappeared instantly, and the back pain reduced from 8/9 to 1. I truly experienced how Forgiveness is therapeutic, it reminded me of your words that it’s never about the other person. I sacrificed my negative opinions about her I remember you saying that our opinions about others bring us pain rather than the actual person and realized that some of the things I said might have hurt her. I felt genuinely sorry for it. I also recalled all the times she was kind and helpful to me and silently thanked her. It brought me so much healing and peace that I’m still amazed. Today, I gathered the courage to apologize to her for my own peace of mind. I did this without expecting anything in return from her, and it felt liberating. My neck feels great, and I’m working on relieving the leftover pain in my back. I still have a long way to go in forgiveness, yet instances like this give me the strength to keep going. I am unsure where I would be without these priceless teachings from Master and sessions to remember and practice them. I have only counted my blessings since then! Looking forward to more forgiveness sessions!
